State. It spans from the lush forested Cascade Mountains to the upper Yakima River Valley plains and
the Columbia River.
Facial coverings are mandatory for all persons entering the Courthouse and social distancing guidelines must be followed. If you are sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms such as a cough, fever or other respiratory problems, or if you have been told by a Health Department Employee or Medical Professional to self-isolate or you have been referred for testing, please do not come into the Courthouse.

Upper Kittitas County District Court is a Court of limited jurisdiction having
statutory authority over criminal misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors, civil
infractions, small claims, civil cases up to $100,000, vehicle impound hearings,
requests for name change, protection orders including domestic violence, sexual
assault, stalking and unlawful harassment.
