Time is computed in increments not less than one hour at $65.00 per hour. Expenses are payable prior to hearing (legislative and quasi-judicial) or final action (administrative). A final billing will include advertising and hearing examiner expenses.
Amendment to any land use approval is 50% of normal application fee in place at the time of amendment request.

A special event is defined by the International Fire Code as a carnival, fair, circus, exhibit or trade show, or any other type of public exhibition. These events shall require a permit from the Fire Marshal's Office, in addition to any other required county permits.
