Washington State is no longer requiring PhaseFinder eligibility confirmation and no additional documentation will be requested, however you MUST still be eligible per the current phase to sign up for a vaccine appointment.

If all appointment times are full, and you would like to be on call to receive a last minute dose due to cancellations, please join our Standby List. You must be able to be at the Ellensburg clinic in 20 to 60 minutes from notification.
