The 2018 Tax Foreclosure sale has been scheduled for December 10th, 2018 and will be conducted via an online auction at www.bid4assets.com.
The auction will open at 8:00am on Monday, December 10th, 2018 and close at 11:30am on December 14th, 2018 after the last bid. Bidder registration must be completed no later than 5pm on December 4th, 2018. A $1,000 deposit is required for bidder registration. The deposit will be applied to the winning bid and refunded to non-winning bidders within 10 days. If the winning bidder does not follow the payment policy, they will forfeit their deposit to the county and may be banned from future tax sale events.
