Kittitas (pronounced 'kit-i-tass') County is located in central Washington
State. It spans from the lush forested Cascade Mountains to the upper Yakima River Valley plains and
the Columbia River.
House Bill 2676 (effective on June 7, 2006) allows Interlocal Cooperative Agreements to be made available
in electronic format on a public agency's web site or other electronically retrievable public source.
RCW 39.34.040 and provides an alternative
to filing those Agreements with the County Auditor.
