Moratorium on Transfer of Development Rights (TDR’s)

Pursuant to Resolution 2026-101, and as permitted under RCW 36.70A.390, the Board of County Commissioners have found it appropriate to place a moratorium on submission of TDR applications for a period of 6 months to allow the County an opportunity to ensure County regulations are consistent with the intent of the Transfer of Development Rights program.
