Electronic Filing of Pro Se Public Protection Orders

In an effort to meet the requirements of RCW 7.105.105, the the Office of Kittitas County Clerk is permitting the pro se (self-representation) electronic filing of protection orders.

IMPORTANT

• This form is for the submittal of Pro Se Protection Orders only. Any other case types will be rejected.
• Attorney's submitting Protection Orders on behalf of a client should use our E-filing Portal.
• Please follow the submittal instructions carefully. If you have any questions please contact the Clerk's office.
• Download the Protection Order Forms from www.courts.wa.gov.
• In order to complete a submittal, you must first sign-in to our website, or create an account. Please include your mailing address information in your account profile.
