Small Works, Contractors & Vendor List

Kittitas County has partnered with Municipal Researchers & Services Center (MSRC) of Washington in order to manage:

  • The construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair, or improvement of real property where the estimated cost does not exceed Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00).
  • Consulting services that have a primarily intellectual output or product and include architectural and engineering services.
  • Services to purchase materials, supplies, or equipment not connected to a public works project where the cost is between ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).

Interested businesses will need to register with Kittitas County through MSRC. Once the business is registered they will appear on the roster list where they will be considered for public works projects and contracts.

Prevailing Wage Requirement

All labor on projects is subject to the highest wage rate of Davis Bacon (Federal) Wage Rates or Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for a classification of work.
