2016 Kittitas County Tax Statements

Kittitas County, WA - 03/03/2016 - The 2016 Kittitas County Tax Statements will be mailed March 7, 2016

On January 27, 2016, the 2016 Kittitas County Tax Roll was certified and tax statements are scheduled to be mailed on March 7, 2016. 

After the certification of the tax roll, the Treasurer’s Office worked extensively on all of the tax statement formats, coupling taxpayer suggestions with necessary information, in an attempt to create something more user friendly that also highlights the historically missed delinquent section of the statement.

One of the most notable changes you will see is the addition of a bar code to the tax statement.  This will enable the office to process payments more quickly and efficiently, and should help reduce office lines.

In an effort to ensure accurate delivery of tax statements and other mailings, the Treasurer’s Office encourages anyone who experiences a change in their mailing address to notify us.  The Treasurer’s Office works closely with the Assessor’s Office, and your prompt address updates assist both offices in maintaining accurate records.

Visit the Treasurer’s website at www.co.kittitas.wa.us/treasurer for current and past tax information, payment history, or to submit address changes.  You may also contact our office at 509-962-7535 with any questions or concerns.  We are open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and now accept debit and credit cards for tax payments.
