Beginning 8:00am May 4th through 5:00pm May 8th, the Kittitas County Auditor’s office will accept declarations of candidacy for Local Elected Positions scheduled to appear on the 2026 General Election Ballot. Candidate Filings may be submitted either: ³ Electronically at: https://voter.votewa.gov/candidatefiling/candidatelogin.aspx ³ In person at the office of the Kittitas County Auditor, Kittitas County Courthouse, Declarations of Candidacy can be accepted through the mail beginning April 20th but will not be considered ‘filed’ until May 4th.
