Passport Services Now Available at the Kittitas County Public Health Department

Kittitas County, WA - 09/30/2025 - The Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) has started providing passport services. Passport processing services are available in English or Spanish. We accept walk-ins during the passport services hours:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
8:30am to 12:00pm

Tuesday, Thursday
12:00pm to 3:00pm

We can assist with the following:

• Passport photos.
• Adult passport processing (16 years and older).
• Minor passport application processing (under 16 years old)

The US Department of State (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/need-passport.html) has the applications to fill out before coming to KPCHD.  Print the application on single sided paper. Printed copies are available at the office, if needed. Do not sign your form until asked to do so by KCPHD staff.  
 
The following fees and payments apply:

• Passport application fees may vary based on your specific situation.  Payment is check or money order only, payable to the US Department of State.
• Facility acceptance fees are $35. Payment can be cash, check, or credit card payable to KCPHD.
• Passport photos are $15.00 each.  Payment can be cash, check, or credit card payable to KCPHD.

“We’re happy to provide this service to fill a need in our community. The Kittitas County Clerk’s Office was no longer able to provide passport processing as of March 2025,” states Health Promotion Manager Audelia Martinez.
