Kittitas County, WA -
Last night, 9/17, shortly after 11 PM, KCSO Deputies and EPD Officers responded to a report of an apparent one-vehicle rollover collision on Naneum Road, north of Vantage Highway and east of Ellensburg.
On arrival, they found a pickup truck that had rolled repeatedly. Searching the area, they found 22-year-old Timothy Tostenson of Ellensburg, the owner of the truck, ejected from the vehicle and deceased. His family was notified and came to the scene of the accident.
The cause of the accident is under investigation. It is not believed anyone else was in the truck with Mr. Tostenson, and no other vehicles are believed to have been involved.
Sheriff Myers and all his deputies and staff are sorry for the Totenson family's tragic loss and ask our community to remember them during this very difficult time.
