Local Business Models Mitigation in Response to COVID-19 Outbreak

Kittitas County, WA - 05/06/2021 - In response to an outbreak, a local business is modeling mitigation in response to COVID-19. Club 301 is working closely with the Kittitas County Incident Management Team (IMT) to keep customers safe, employees working, and everyone vaccinated.

Club 301 is currently mitigating an outbreak and anyone who was at the 301 from April 23 to May 1 should be tested and isolate until test results are returned.  To mitigate the outbreak, 301 is completing the following:
 

• On May 17 from 3 to 6pm, there will be a vaccine clinic at the 301 (301 N Pearl Street) to get the COVID-19 vaccine.  The clinic will offer Moderna and J&J. There is no cost or appointment necessary.
• Only fully vaccinated employees will be working at 301 in the coming days. 
• The establishment has voluntarily dropped the percent of customers allowed inside during this time.
• All employees will be quarantined and tested.

 
“We would rather work with businesses to stay open instead of shutting them down, to include getting employees vaccinated,” states Incident Commander Darren Higashiyama.  “We are thankful to use this as an opportunity to get more people vaccinated in Kittitas County.”
