Electrical Improvements Kittitas County Event Center project

This call for sealed bids is for Electrical Improvements Kittitas County Event Center project. Bids are due by 12 noon on July 2nd, 2026, at which time bids will no longer be accepted. Bids will be opened at the county commissioners office located at 205 W 5th Ave, Suite 108, Ellensburg, WA 98926 at that time.

Sealed bids will be received by the Kittitas County Commissioner’s office located at 205 W 5th Ave, Suite 108,
Ellensburg, WA 98926 until 12 noon, Pacific Time on July 2, 2026, and there publicly opened and read.
The Electrical Improvements Kittitas County Event Center project is a state and locally funded project that
consists of demolition, surfacing, paving, traffic control and construction of utility trenches.
Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available for electronic download at www.questcdn.com. Insert the
eBidDoc #10159992 to download the digital documents for $22.00. Plans, specifications, and bid documents are also
available at the office of SCJ Alliance, in Wenatchee at 25 North Wenatchee Avenue, Ste. 238, Wenatchee, WA 98801
upon payment of $50.00. Contract documents are on file for inspection at the Kittitas County Commissioner’s Office.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany all bids. All bids shall be marked “SEALED BID FOR
Electrical Improvements Kittitas County Event Center”, on the outside of the envelope.
Bids must be completed on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL, and the total price
shall be used for comparison of bids. The Kittitas County reserves the right to reject any or all bids for cause. Time
for completion of the work is limited to 25 working days. The engineer’s estimated range for this project is $60,000
to $80,000. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award
of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days.
