Notice of Public Hearing Appellant: DeatherageAppeal of Denial of Request for Waiver
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Kittitas County Public Health Department and the Kittitas County Hearings Examiner will meet at 1:30 p.m. on December 1, 2025, to conduct a public hearing to consider an appeal that was received on October 14, 2025, regarding the Denial of Request for Wavier for On-Site sewage system (Chapter 246-272A WAC) for tax parcel 694934. The Kittitas County Public Health Department and the Kittitas County Hearing Examiner will meet via Web Ex.
Notice is further given that all persons interested in this matter may attend via Webex meeting by contacting staff at 507 N Nanum St #102, Ellensburg, WA 98926 or call 509-962-7515 no later than 12:00pm on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Staff will provide an email link, or phone number to the Webex upon request, which will allow for electronic attendance.
Please note that while the public is entitled to attend and observe, the matter is between the county and the appellant and public comment will not be taken.
Anyone with an interest in this matter is urged to attend said hearing where all testimony will be taken. Written comments may be received at 205 W 5th Ave. STE 108, Ellensburg, WA 98926 at or prior to the hearing. Kittitas County complies with all ADA requirements.
