Notice of public hearing to consider Marian Meadows Development Agreement (DV-19-00001)
The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 p.m. on July 20, 2021 at the Commissioner's Auditorium, 205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109 and via webex at https://kittitascounty.webex.com/kittitascounty/j.php?MTID=e18cff73f44e283f56cec01f5db6bea42 to conduct a public hearing to consider the Marian Meadows Development Agreement (DV-19-00001). The Marian Meadows project received Planned Unit Development, Preliminary Plat, and Conditional Use Permit approval on May 1, 2018. A condition of the preliminary approval was that the applicant enter into a development agreement with Kittitas County to address various issues. A public hearing was previously held but the development agreement was remanded to the applicant on December 15, 2020 for discussion on mitigation for impacts to Easton Fire District # 3 under section 6 of the proposed agreement. Public hearing testimony may be limited only to the remand item.
