Notice of public hearing to consider a petition from Kittitas Reclamation District and West Side Irrigating Company to form a Joint Control Board in Kittitas County, Washington.
Kittitas Reclamation District and West Side Irrigating Company filed a petition to form a joint control board in Kittitas County, WA; which the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners received on September 11, 2020. If the request to formulate is granted by the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners, Kittitas County Joint Control Board No. 1 will have authority to provide for apportionment of costs to carry out the objects of creation among Kittitas Reclamation District and West Side Irrigating Company.
A public hearing is scheduled for 9:00 am local time on November 12, 2020 in the Commissioner’s Auditorium, 205 West 5th Avenue, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA. Any person interested in the creation of the board of joint control may appear on or before the day of hearing on the petition and show cause in writing, if any, why the same should not be granted.
