Notice of public hearing to consider Amendment to the Kittitas County Code.
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 6:00 p.m. on November 28, 2016 at the Kittitas County Courthouse Auditorium to consider amendments to the Code regarding: change in the number of lots where publlic road standards shall be met; open space responsibility; amendment to uses permitted in various zones; consideration of sign exemptions; acknowledging private easements in building permit evaluation; exemption from TDR requirements for affordable housing; and correction of City Limits on the official plan and zoning map.
Anyone may view the specific proposals at the Community Development Services Department at N 411 Ruby Street, or on the Kittitas County Community Development website.
