    Lind Conditional Use Permit - CU-26-00002. The applicant is proposing a Montessori School on parcel 201033. The Montessori School will serve approximately 28 students ranging in age from 2 ½ to 12 years old. The project will utilize an existing residential structure. The property is zoned Urban Residential and is located within the Ellensburg Urban Growth Area. The property is zoned Residential Suburban and has a land use designation of Blended Residential Neighborhood when the City of Ellensburg Development Standards are applied. Schools are permitted with a Conditional Use permit in Residential Suburban zoning.
