  3. Approve a Resolution Accepting Federal Aviation Administration Grant Funds for the Construction Phase of the Hangar Taxilane Complex Project.
  4. Approve a Resolution to Award the Contract for the Bowers Field Hangar Taxilane Complex Project and Authorize the Public Works Director to execute the same.
  5. Direct Staff to Prepare Enabling Documents to Accept the Independent Financial Feasibility Review by the Washington State Department of Commerce
  6. Executive Session under: RCW 42.30.110(i) To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency.
