    Parke Creek rezone to Planned Unit Development application (PUD-24-00002) which includes a Long Plat (LP-24-00004). The proposed development is to gain approval for a rezone to PUD, an off-road vehicle park, an RV storage area and 25 individual residential lots. The property is currently zoned rural recreation zoning with rural recreation land use. The property is located off Parke Creek Road approximately .5 miles northeast of the intersection with Vantage Hwy northeast of Kittitas, WA. Parcel number 295134.
