    The proposed project, CU-24-00001 Vantage Valley Properties, is an outdoor training facility and shooting range for law enforcement, search and rescue, outdoor firearms, and emergency response training. The subject parcel is Forest and Range zoning with a Rural working land use designation. Shooting ranges and training facilities are allowed in this zone with a Conditional Use Permit under KCC 17.15.060
