    The proposed project, CU-24-00006 Silver Ridge Ranch, is a guest ranch and campground with an event facility for various venues such as weddings, corporate meetings, and family reunions. The subject parcel is Rural 5 zoning with a Rural Residential land use designation. Guest Ranch, Campgrounds and Small Scale Event Facilities are allowed in this zone with a Conditional Use Permit under KCC 17.15.060
