    The proposed project, CU-24-00004 White Barn Retreats, is an event facility for various venues such as weddings, corporate meetings, family reunions, and charity fundraisers. The subject parcel is Rural 5 zoning with a Rural Residential land use designation. Small scale event facilities are allowed in this zone with a Conditional Use Permit under KCC 17.15.060
