    a.) Ryegrass LPL Expansion SEPA Appeal and Conditional Use Permit (CU-21-00003)
    Kittitas County Solid Waste applied for an expansion of 16 acres to an existing 13.5 acre limited purposed landfill in a Forest and Range Zone. The proposed use is permitted in this zone with a conditional use permit if it is only expanding existing county-owned facilities. A SEPA appeal was filed to challenge the decision of a Determination of Non-Significance for the project.
