Notice of public hearing to consider amendments to Kittitas County Code Title 18
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 p.m. on May 4, 2021 via Webex video conferencing to consider amendments to Kittitas County Code Title 18. The proposed amendments would update the applicability section to provide a date for legal nonconforming structures and would update the inspection section to allow for inspections for code compliance or investigation of complaints when conducted in conformity with constitutional, statutory, and case law.
