Notice of public hearing to consider the proposed Marian Meadows Development Agreement.
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 p.m. on April 7, 2020 at the Commissioners' Auditorium, 205 West 5th, Room 109, Ellensburg WA to consider the Marian Meadows Development Agreement related to the preliminary approved Marian Meadows Planned Unit Development, Preliminary Plat, and Conditional Use Permit.
The submitted application, draft agreement, and related filed documents may be examined by the public at the Kittitas County Community Development Services (CDS) office at 411 N. Ruby, Suite 2, Ellensburg, Washington, 98926, or by navigating to https://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/cds/land-use/default.aspx and then to “Development Agreements” and then to the project file number "DV-19-00001".
