The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners will meet on October 20, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Kittitas Valley Event Center/Armory 901 E. 7th Ave. Ellensburg, WA to consider regulations, policies, procedures, and fees for the Kittitas County Water Mitigation and Metering Program.
