  3. Public Hearing to Consider a Non-Exclusive Irrigation Franchise with Steve Hymas along Sorenson Road.
  4. Public Hearing to consider Adopting the Six Year Transportation Program for the Years 2017-2022 and the Annual Construction Plan for 2017.
