    1) Atlas Tower Administrative Conditional Use Permit Appeal Hearing (ACU-23-00003)
    The proposed project, ACU-23-00003 Atlas, is for the placement of a telecommunication tower and associated facilities. ACU-23-00003 received preliminary approval from Kittitas County on October 26, 2023. A timely appeal of the ACU-23-00003 decision was received on November 8, 2023.
