  3. Public Hearing to consider a request for On-System Road Establishment for Road within Palomino Fields Plat Divisions II through VIII; and to consider Amending Kittitas County Code Section 10.08.010 Speed Limits and Section 10.12.010 Stop and Yield Streets.
