    The proposed project is a 10-lot long plat (subdivision) on 2 parcels totaling 54.39 acres of land. The proposal includes 10 residential lots ranging in size from 5 acres to 8.64 acres. The subject parcels (443233 & 493233) are currently zoned Agriculture 5 with a Rural Residential Land Use designation.
