Kittitas (pronounced 'KITT-i-tass') County is located in central Washington
State. It spans from the lush forested Cascade Mountains to the upper Yakima River Valley plains and
the Columbia River.
In consideration of the ramifications of COVID-19 and while meeting the financial necessities of local government entities,
the Kittitas County Treasurer’s office is making available a short-term agreement for payment of first-half property taxes due in Kittitas County by April 30, 2020.
This application will be reviewed, and a final approval will be provided to the applicant within two (2) working days of receipt of the application.
In order to be approved, the property account must have no delinquent balances for years 2019 and/or prior.
The Treasurer's Motion is made pursuant to RCW 84.56.020 (8).

our office is offering a new current year payment plan program to Kittitas County property owners.
This is for first-half 2020 taxes only.
