Kittitas County, WA -
Today, the Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) released an updated customer feedback survey. https://kittitas.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2mGTynFcOw0zrdY is the new link where customers, stakeholders, and agency partners can provide feedback to KCPHD. The feedback we receive will be used to improve our services and how we engage with the community.
The survey is completely anonymous and only takes a few minutes to complete. Feedback can be given to specific programs and rated for experience. Customers, stakeholders, and agency partners can also write in anything else they would like to share about their recent experience.
Every time KCPHD receives feedback via the survey link there is an opportunity to leave a phone number, if you would like a return phone call. KCPHD will respond within five business days. Departments are notified of any feedback received and can include the assistance of our Quality Improvement Coordinator to better our services.
Customer feedback has always been important to KCPHD. In 2019, KCPHD updated the customer survey so that it was available online. The new version is now more condensed and easier for anyone providing feedback to be more concise and complete the process quicker. “We always want the community to have a way to provide comments and reactions about the services we provide in Kittitas County,” states Director Chelsey Loeffers. The survey link is always on our website and every employee at KCPHD is required to provide the customer feedback link in their signature block.”
