Kittitas County hereby gives notice of updated Shoreline Master Program, Development Regulation Revisions, and SEPA Determination of Non-Significance.
Kittitas County has completed an Environmental Checklist for this non-project action in accordance with the provisions of the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). The County has reviewed the proposed project and determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.
An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). The County therefore has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS). The County is encouraging agencies, tribes, and members of the public to review and comment on the proposed project and its potential environmental impacts. Comments must be received no later than January 5, 2021 at 4:30 PM.
