Kittitas County has issued a Notice of Decision for the 2020 Annual Docket.
Pursuant to KCC 15B.03.040(7) notice is hereby given that on December 15, 2020 the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners approved eight (8) of the 2020 Annual Docketed Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Amendments.
Copies of the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners Ordinance 2020-009 and related file documents may be examined at Kittitas County Community Development Services, 411 N. Ruby Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926. (509) 962-7506. The items may be appealed by parties with standing by filing an appeal with the Growth Management Hearings Board pursuant to RCW 36.70A within sixty (60) days of the issuance of this decision. The last day to file an appeal with the Growth Management Hearings Board is February 20, 2021.
