On July 24 and July 31, Washington State implemented changes to Phase 3 in response to COVID-19 and the worker safety and health requirements are subject to Labor and Industry (L&I) enforcement. The Kittitas County Incident Management Team (IMT) has been made aware of L&I’s presence in Kittitas County. The IMT wants businesses to be safe while being able to continue operating. Kittitas County currently has 117 active cases and 20 deaths associated with COVID-19.
