New Customer Feedback Process at the Kittitas County Public Health Department

Kittitas County, WA - 08/30/2019 - The Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) has a new customer feedback process! As of August 30, 2019 a new online survey is available for customers to provide direct feedback to KCPHD. The new customer survey will be available online, but the survey link will also be listed on all outgoing customer communications, which includes inspection reports, forms, and county personnel emails.

“We keep an eye on the health of the community.  We also need to keep an eye on our performance at KCPHD,” states Administrator Tristen Lamb.  “Our mission is to protect and promote the health and the environment of the people of Kittitas County, which means we need to hear the expectations of our customers.”
The customer feedback process is now a formal process at KCPHD.  The survey ensures that customers can provide information about their experience and the customer service they received.  Customer feedback results will be reviewed on a daily basis.  The data from the feedback will be used as a basis to adjust our services, accordingly.
The survey will take a couple of minutes to answer, information is anonymous, and customers can choose the questions they answer. For more information about the new customer feedback process or KCPHD’s other performance management efforts, please contact KCPHD at 509-962-7515.
