Kittitas County is considering amendments to its Development Regulations, Zoning Map and Land Use Map through the annual “Docket” process.
The County accepted annual amendment requests through June 30, 2019 for consideration by the Kittitas County Planning Commission and the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners. The amendments must be consistent with the Growth Management Act and other applicable state laws, applicable countywide planning policies, and the goals, policies, and objectives of the Comprehensive Plan.
The proposed amendments were submitted to the State Department of Commerce on August 28, 2019 for the required 60-day review prior to adoption.
