Notice of public hearing to consider the proposed ordinance amending Chapter 3.44 KCC and the proposed agreement with Department of Revenue for tax collection administration.
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2pm on October 5, 2010, at the Commissioners Auditorium, Rm. 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA, to consider and take public testimony on the proposed ordinance amending Chapter 3.44 KCC, based on recent state law changes raising enhanced 911 excise taxes on State and County levels, and on the proposed agreement with the Department of Revenue for tax collection administration. Copies of the proposed ordinance and agreement are available at the Board of County Commissioners' Office.
