Notice of public hearing to consider revisions to Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.04 On-Site Sewage Disposal Systems.
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners and the Board of Health will meet at 10:00 am on February 17,2022 via Webex to consider revisions to Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.04.On-site Sewage Disposal Systems.
The Board of Health and the Board of County Commissioners may make a final decision upon close of the public hearing or continue the public hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the documents, deliberate and make a final decision on the proposed revisions to the Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.04.On-site Sewage Disposal Systems . Any person with an interest in this matter is encouraged to attend and provide testimony.
The proposed revisions to Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.04.On-site Sewage Disposal Systems can be reviewed during normal business hours at the Kittitas County Public Health Department at 507 North Nanum Street, Suite 102, Ellensburg, WA or the Board of County Commissioners Office at 205 W 5th Street, Suite 108, Ellensburg, WA.
