Notice of public hearing to consider amendments to Kittitas County Code 14.04, Title 20, and Title 18.
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on January 19, 2021 via Webex to consider amending KCC Chapter 14.04 and Title 20 to adopt the 2018 International Building Codes with Washington State Amendments and referenced standards and to consider amending KCC Title 18 to correct grammatical and scrivener errors. The Washington State Building Code Council has established an effective date for the 2018 codes of February 1, 2021.

Anyone with an interest in this matter is urged to attend said hearing where all testimony will be taken. Written comments may be received at 205 W 5th Ave. STE 108, Ellensburg, WA 98926 at or prior to the hearing. Kittitas County complies with all ADA requirements.
