Notice of public hearing to consider Marian Meadows Development Agreement (DV-19-00001)
The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 p.m. on October 6, 2020 to conduct a virtual public hearing to consider the Marian Meadows Development Agreement (DV-19-00001). The Marian Meadows project received Planned Unit Development, Preliminary Plat, and Conditional Use Permit approval on May 1, 2018. A condition of the preliminary approval was that the applicant enter into a development agreement with Kittitas County to address various issues.
