The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 6:00 p.m. on July 10, 2017 at the Commissioner's Auditorium, 205 West 5th Room 109 - Ellensburg to consider extension of moratorium on solar projects that qualify as major alternative energy systems.
