Notice of Public Hearing to Consider Resolution to Establish Funding Development Agreement.
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 p.m.on April 18, 2017 at the Kittitas County Auditorium, 205 W. 5th Street in Ellensburg to consider approval of a Development Agreement to process the Marion Meadows Planned Unit Development by funds that have been provided by the applicant for a different project. This development agreement allows determination for the amount of funds used in processing the proposed application.

Anyone with an interest in this matter is urged to attend said hearing where all testimony will be taken. Written comments may be received at 205 W 5th Ave. STE 108, Ellensburg, WA 98926 at or prior to the hearing. Kittitas County complies with all ADA requirements.
