The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on March 21, 2017 in the Commissioner’s Auditorium located at the Kittitas County Courthouse, 205 W. 5th, Room 109, Ellensburg, Washington to consider an Non-Exclusive Irrigation Franchise with Zac Withers along Denmark Road.
