Notice of Applications to Change  the purpose of use and place of use under S4-84433-J (Court Claim 02064); S4-84434-J (Court Claim 02064); S4-85098-J (Court Claim 01049);and S4-84524-J (Court Claim 02064).

 

TAKE NOTICE: That on December 20, 2016, Kittitas County of Kittitas County, Washington, filed application numbers KITT-16-08, KITT-16-09, KITT-16-10, KITT-16-11 with the Kittitas County Water Conservancy Board to change the purpose of use and place of use under S4-84433-J (Court Claim 02064); S4-84434-J (Court Claim 02064); S4-85098-J ( Court Claim 01049);and S4-84524-J (Court Claim 02064).

 

That said rights, under priority dates of June 30, 1886 and April 7, 1871, respectively, authorizes the diversion of 2.086 cubic feet per second and 941.871 acre-feet per year (cumulatively) from Coleman Creek located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 and NW1/4 SE1/4, all within Section 12, T. 18 N., R. 19 E.W.M. That said right authorizes water to be used for irrigation of 182.3 acres from March 15 through October 31 and stockwater and irrigation of 59.190 acres from April 1 through October 15 within:

Any protests or objections to the approval of this application may be filed with the Department of Ecology and must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty dollar ($50) recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology Cashiering Unit, P.O. Box 47611, Olympia, WA 98504-7611 within thirty (30) days from

January 12,2017

 

Any interested party may submit comments, objections, and other information to the board regarding this application.  The comments and information may be submitted in writing or verbally at any public meeting of the board held to discuss or decide on the application.  This application will be on the board agenda during its regular meetings to be held on the third Tuesday of each month in the Board of County Commissioners Conference Room #108 at 3:00 p.m. and at subsequent scheduled meetings thereafter until the Board renders a decision on the application. Additionally, the Water Conservancy Board, may receive written comments or information through February 11, 2017, at its offices located at PO Box 605, Ellensburg, WA 98926.
