    a. Thayer Shoreline Variance (SV-19-00001)
    The applicant is proposing to remove an existing bridge across an
    irrigation canal and construct a new bridge to serve as the primary access for their proposed residence. The proposed structure is approximately 480 square feet in size. Construction of the bridge will include updating/ expanding the existing access to the property to meet Kittitas County standards. This work is proposed within the Rural Conservancy Shoreline of the State of Manastash Creek.
