    The proposed project is for a residential long plat with nine (9) buildable parcels out of one (1) 14.09-acre parcel that is zoned Urban Residential within the Inner Turning Zone of the Bowers Field Airport Overlay zone. It is designated an Urban Land Use and is located within the City of Ellensburg’s Urban Growth Area.
