Records DivisionThe Kittitas County Sheriff's Office Records Division is open 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.Incident reportsIf you wish to obtain a copy of an incident report mail a request to: Kittitas County Sheriff's Office Please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope and include your case number in your request. If you do not know the case number, provide as much specific information as you can: name(s) associated with case, date/time of occurrence, location of occurrence, nature of case (e.g., burglary, vandalism). Please also include your day time phone number where you can be reached if the Division Staff have any questions regarding your request. If you reside in Kittitas County you may file a request at the Office by completing an Incident Report Request Form. All requests for reports must be in writing. In accordance with state statute the Division Staff have five working days from the receipt of your request to respond. Please include your telephone number in your request. The Office charges $.15 per page. Division Staff will advise you of the total fee amount when they inform you that your request is available. Fess must be paid at the time of release. |
